1. Introduction

Welcome to 444c, operated under the domain 444c.click. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "You") and 444c ("we," "us," "the Platform"). They apply to all products and services offered through 444c, including but not limited to sports betting, cricket betting, casino games, live dealer tables, jackpot slots, fishing games, and all promotional activities.

By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any game on 444c, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use 444c.

444c is designed and operated for the use of Pakistani players. The platform, all monetary values, and all communications are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and in English appropriate to the Pakistani context. 4. Your Account

4.1 Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account on 444c. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. If 444c identifies multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether identified through matching personal details, device fingerprinting, payment method matching, or IP address analysis — all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, a valid mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. Providing false or misleading information during registration is a material breach of these Terms.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 444c login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. 444c will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account that occurs because of your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify 444c immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

444c is required to verify the identity and payment methods of its players. You may be asked to submit copies of identity documents (CNIC, passport, driving licence), proof of address (a utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months), and copies of the payment methods used for deposits. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension and may lead to account closure.

4.4 Account Currency

All 444c accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no option to hold a balance in a foreign currency. All deposits, bets, winnings, and withdrawals are processed in PKR. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500, subject to the payment method selected.

5. Deposits

444c accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer (IBFT), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All deposit methods are processed in PKR without currency conversion fees applied by 444c.

• The minimum deposit per transaction is Rs 500.
• Mobile wallet deposits (Easypaisa, JazzCash) are credited to your 444c account within seconds in most cases.
• IBFT bank transfers may take up to two business hours depending on inter-bank processing times.
• Card deposits are subject to your issuing bank's approval and may incur a cash advance fee charged by the bank — 444c does not control or refund such charges.
• 444c reserves the right to return a deposit to its source and request alternative payment if the deposit source cannot be verified as belonging to the registered account holder.

You must only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds from third-party sources — including payment methods not registered in your own name — is a breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension and the forfeiture of any balance accumulated using those funds.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at 444c are processed to the payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified payment account in your own name. 444c does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per transaction.
• Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within minutes of approval for verified accounts.
• IBFT and card withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving bank.
• All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. 444c may request supporting documents before releasing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals requested against a bonus balance that has not completed its wagering requirement will be declined until the wagering requirement is met.
• 444c reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks on withdrawals above Rs 50,000 in a single transaction or Rs 200,000 within any rolling 30-day period.

6.1 Processing Times

444c aims to review and approve withdrawal requests within four hours during business hours (9am–midnight PKT). Requests submitted outside business hours will be reviewed on the next business day. Payment processing times after approval are governed by the relevant payment provider and are outside 444c's direct control.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

444c offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All promotions are subject to individual promotional terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The following general rules apply to all 444c bonuses unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

7.1 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonuses may only be claimed by the registered account holder — they are non-transferable.
• Bonus funds are held separately from real-money funds in your 444c wallet. Real-money funds are used and potentially withdrawn before bonus funds are wagered.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Most deposit-match and free-bet bonuses on 444c carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier indicating how many times the bonus amount must be staked before it can be withdrawn. For example, a Rs 500 bonus with a 10x wagering requirement must generate Rs 5,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus funds become withdrawable. 7.3 Free Bets

Free bet credits awarded by 444c are used to place qualifying bets. Only the winnings from a free bet — not the stake itself — are credited to your real-money balance and may be subject to a further wagering requirement as specified in the promotion terms.

8. Betting Rules

All bets placed on 444c's sports betting and cricket betting products are subject to the following general rules, in addition to any sport-specific or market-specific rules published within the relevant betting section of the platform.

8.1 Bet Placement

A bet is accepted only when 444c's system has confirmed the transaction and a bet reference number has been issued. Any bet placed that does not generate a confirmation reference should be considered unsuccessful. You should verify the status of any bet through your account's bet history before assuming it has been placed.

8.2 Odds Changes

Odds displayed on 444c are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. If the odds on a selection change between you requesting a bet and the system confirming it, 444c may accept the bet at the new odds or decline the bet entirely, depending on the direction and magnitude of the change. The final odds at confirmation are the odds that apply to the settled bet.

8.3 Void Bets

444c may void a bet in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before the required number of overs or minutes for a valid result; a market is settled in error and subsequently corrected; the bet was placed on an event where an obvious pricing error was present; or the bet is determined to have been placed in bad faith or in connection with match-fixing activity.

8.4 Live In-Play Betting

Live betting markets at 444c update in real time and are managed by automated systems. 444c cannot be held liable for delays in live score data or odds that momentarily reflect inaccurate information due to third-party data feed latency. Bets placed on in-play markets will be settled according to the official result of the relevant event regardless of any interim data discrepancy.

8.5 Maximum Winnings

444c applies maximum payout limits per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant market and may vary by sport, market type, and event. 444c reserves the right to limit stake sizes on any market, at any time, for any account, without being required to provide a reason.

8.6 Accumulator Bets

Accumulator bets combine multiple selections. All legs must win for the accumulator to return a payout. If any single leg is voided by 444c, that leg is removed from the accumulator and the overall odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections. If a voided leg reduces an accumulator to a single selection, the bet becomes a single at the remaining selection's odds.

9. Casino and Live Games

All casino games and live dealer tables on 444c use either certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games or live card dealing with physical equipment for live dealer tables. The games are designed to be fair and the house edge on each game is built into the game mechanics — it is not variable or manipulable by 444c or the Player.

9.1 Game Malfunctions

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error during a casino game or live dealer session, 444c will attempt to reconstruct the outcome from server-side data. If reconstruction is not possible, the round will be voided and stakes returned. 444c will not be liable for losses arising from technical failures outside its direct control, including player device failures or internet connectivity issues.

9.2 Live Dealer Tables

Live dealer results are determined by physical cards dealt in real time. Video feed delays may exist between the live studio and the Player's device. Bets are locked before cards are dealt. Any bet placed after the dealing window closes will not be accepted for that round.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on 444c and will result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and in serious cases, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent account-level restrictions, claim multiple bonuses, or gain any other unfair advantage.
• Using software, algorithms, bots, or automated tools to interact with the 444c platform in any way that is not available to regular human players.
• Exploiting bugs, errors, or unexpected behaviour in any game or betting market. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown error will be voided.
• Any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or betting on events where the outcome is known or influenced by you or any associate.
• Using funds deposited by a third party who is not the registered account holder.
• Attempting to launder money or use 444c for any financial activity of a criminal nature.
• Sharing account credentials with any other person, or playing on behalf of another person.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour towards 444c staff or other players.

11. Responsible Gaming

444c is committed to responsible gaming and provides a full suite of player protection tools. These are available to all registered players at any time through the account settings section of the platform.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Reductions take effect immediately. Increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive a notification when your gaming session has reached a duration you've set in advance.
• Reality Checks: Pop-up summaries of your net gaming activity at configurable intervals during a session.
• Cool-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for between 24 hours and 30 days.

You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any 444c content without prior written consent. Scraping, mirroring, or automated extraction of any data from 444c is prohibited.

14. Limitation of Liability

444c provides its services on an "as available" basis. While we work hard to maintain platform uptime and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to any product or service. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 444c's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform is limited to the amount of your account balance at the time the claim arises.

444c is not liable for: loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from your use or inability to use the platform; decisions you make based on information displayed on the platform; losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failures, or third-party service outages; or any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss of any kind.

15. Termination and Account Closure

You may close your 444c account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (after deduction of any applicable bonus balance that has not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method.

444c may suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice if: you breach any provision of these Terms; your account is associated with fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity; you fail to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after request; your account is deemed to be in violation of applicable laws; or it is in the interests of responsible gaming to do so.

In cases of account closure for breach of Terms, 444c reserves the right to forfeit the entire account balance, including any real-money funds, where those funds are associated with the prohibited activity.

16. Amendments to These Terms

444c reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 444c will provide notice by publishing a revised version of the Terms on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. In some cases, 444c may also notify registered players by email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of 444c following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using 444c and may request account closure and withdrawal of your balance. 17. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and your use of 444c are governed by the applicable regulatory framework under which 444c operates. In the event of a dispute between you and 444c, you should first contact 444c customer support at support@444c.click to attempt an informal resolution.

444c will acknowledge all formal complaints within two business days and aim to provide a substantive response within ten business days. If you remain unsatisfied with 444c's resolution of your complaint, you may escalate the matter through the dispute resolution process applicable under 444c's operating licence.

These Terms represent the entire agreement between you and 444c with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect.
